“After playing on stage for many years, my guitar took areal beating from belt buckles and the rivets from my jeans. So I decided toprotect my guitar back with tape and this is what it looked like AFTER I removed it and cleaned it up.
"Then my brother John suggested using this protection product he found in the aircraft industry. So together we crafted a test "condom" that I put on my main player and it remained intact for 10 years. 2 1/2 years ago, I removed the condom. These photos were taken as the condom was removed."
